Pet Policy

It is important that prior to adding a pet to your home that you check with the TopFlight TEAM to ensure that your rental home is pet friendly and there are no specific restrictions for your home.

TopFlight’s Pet Policy is across the board when it comes to all our pet friendly homes. TopFlight allows a maximum of 2 pets per property. You must complete and pay for a pet screening application at https://topflightpm.petscreening.com/ The NON-Refundable application fee is $20.00 for the first pet application and $15.00 for the second pet. If you complete a pet application for a home that is not pet friendly or has restrictions that your pet does not meet the application fee is NON-Refundable. Please call first.

During the pet screening application, you will be required to provide photos and vaccination records for your pet. Failure to provide these will result in a denied pet application and you will not be authorized to have the pet at the property. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 for the first pet and $250.00 for the second; Maximum of 2 pets allowed at any property. Additionally there will be a monthly administrative fee assessed based on the paw score your pet receives. Your pet will be scored based on its age, weight and breed. The fee ranges from $25-$45 per month and is non-refundable.

Service & Emotional Support Animals

If you have a Service or Emotional Support Animal, we require that you complete the FREE Assistant Animal Application at https://topflightpm.petscreening.com/

This is a required review process for anyone with a non-obvious disability and disability-related need for an assistance animal. This process provides a HIPAA compliant and secure way of submitting a reasonable accommodation request for an assistance animal (service animals, emotional support animals, companion animals, etc.) that will be reviewed by a third-party legal review team to ensure the accommodation request meets HUD’s Fair Housing Act guidelines. There is no cost ($0) to you to submit an accommodation request. Please make sure you are aware of your State’s laws, if any, for submitting a fraudulent accommodation request

In order to obtain approval for any of the listed below, you must contact the office directly. There will be a $300.00 Non-Refundable Fee due immediately and a monthly administration fee of $25.00. There are a maximum of 2 pets of any kind at any of our pet friendly homes.
